Hari ini mencatat sejarah peribadi kerana sifat ingin mencuba terus menikam di kepala. Berbekam satu aktiviti yang ingin ku mencuba. Sudah lama target kedai ini. Tanpa membuang masa, akak! saya ingin mencuba. Berapa harga? 1 cup RM 15.00 ( terlalu mahalkah harga ini?) argh, tidak penting itu semua. As long ada wang lagi di dalam bank. Boleh la kak. Teruskan. Setelah sejam melakukan aktiviti berbekam. Aku pulang dengan menahan kesakitan. Sakit juga berbekam ini sebenarnya. Apa khasiat berbekam? Lihat Wikipedia Maksud Bekam.

Hadis berkaitan dengan Bekam:

Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alayhi wa Salam besabda :

">الشِّفَاءُ فِيْ ثَلاَثَةٍ: شَرْبَةِ عَسَلٍ وَشَرْطَةِ مِحْجَمٍ وَكَيَّةِ نَارٍ وَإِنِّيْ أَنْهَى أُمَّتِيْ عَنْ الْكَيِّ

“Kesembuhan itu berada pada tiga hal, yaitu minum madu, sayatan pisau bekam dan sundutan dengan api (kay). Sesungguhnya aku melarang ummatku (berubat) dengan kay.” (HR Bukhari)

Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alayhi wa Salam bersabda :

إِنَّ أَمْثَلَ مَا تَدَاوَيْتُمْ بِهِ الْحِجَامَةُ وَالْفَصْدُ
“Sesungguhnya cara pengubatan yang paling ideal bagi kalian adalah hijamah (bekam) dan fashdu (venesection).” (HR Bukhari – Muslim)
